We have to understand that the kind of the living form of the Global Community as well as of the any Local Community is depending from a way of the thinking of the people who are the containt of the above mentioned communities. When the time is arived that the way of the living form is became unable to serve the community forward, the community attend the chaos. This situation is started to show it's signs now and we arrived to the end of the Hiarerchical Stracted Living Form (Close, Sellective and Controlling). However, the functioning of the above mentioned comunities, are deppending from the way of the people's thinking, to step on a neccessary higher level of the living form we have to CHANGE, LIFT the thinking and spiritual level of the people. Start with the Open, Random and Supportive (ORS) Living Form :) Moreover, the blueprint of the solution suggested by me is:
