I have recently found a great study about the efficacy of social networking on Twitter.
I know almost everybody's busy with 9-9-9-.....but on a longer term we can reach far many people with tools like Twitter or Facebook, with significantly less costs than any other marketing or promotional channel.
This study will help to understand the ecology...or system's theory of social networking, and thus giving us guidelines to create a powerful presence there.

Sorry, social media are a fascinating phenomenon and a great way to spend time (as I am doing now)... but I want to see the studies of impact, to see what really comes out of twitter and youtube in terms of actual learning or various kinds of competencies like awareness and understanding.
