TODAY IS A DAY TO DEVOTE TO THE DEEP HEALING AND CLEARING PROCESS THAT THIS ECLIPSE WINDOW AFFORDS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US - A PROCESS OF RELEASE AND CLOSURE ON THE PAST.
TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO WRITE OUR BULLET POINT LISTS OF ALL TRAUMA MEMORIES FROM WOMB TO DATE.
IF YOU KNOW OF SOMEONE YOU TRUST DEEPLY AND WHO CARES DEEPLY ABOUT YOU, THEN ASK THEM TO BEAR WITNESS TO YOU, AND READ YOUR LIST ALLOWED TO THEM.
FEELING SEEN, HEARD, VALIDATED AND ACKNOWLEDGED IS AN INSTRUMENTAL PART OF THE HEALING, RELEASE AND CLOSURE PROCESS.
