- Indeed.
- What does climate change mean to you?
- Well, it is serious enough to command attention.
I tend to think, however (or maybe feel is more appropriate), that it is Mother Earth's way of cleansing herself of the unbalanced elements mankind has flushed into her system.
- What does peace mean to you?
- Everything.
- What does community mean to you?
- Extended family; wholesome living.
- What does politics mean to you?
- Perversion.
- What does money mean to you?
- A form of energy.
- What makes you truly happy?
- Serene seclusion near a mountain creek with plenty of white birch and silver birch dispersed among the trees...and all that accompanies that. The gurgling of the creek, the spirituality of the mountain, the sublime rustling dance of the leaves, the flap of a heron's wings, the other-worldliness of dragonflies, hide-and-seek w/ chipmunks, finding beaver chewed logs, etc.
I believe that a major change that needs to occur for human beings is a revolution of our diets; here are some reasons why:
Jill ^above^ has a website: vegangal.com and gives some good info about transitioning to a plant-based diet. But personally, I jumped straight into a raw living foods lifestyle diet. I was literally dying from the standard American diet and am reclaiming my life by eating what the earth provides naturally for us. Plus, it is easier to evolve spiritually when we eat this way ... I will proved a lot of great videos here so stay tuned!
