Emotions and psyche - A shift toward a new concept of health
Emotions manage a large part of our life and there is a general agreement that emotions have a heavy impact on health.
There is also a general agreement about the existence of psyche, although this concept is unclear to most people.
Spiritual communities talks of psyche as a structured body that takes care of our emotions and feelings.

- Buonasera Adriana, The idea of actively teaching people how to survive our time of transition is still evolving. We had changed the way we are doing it three times now. How did I come up with the idea you ask? Well I knew about what is happening now for over 40yrs. My path is both mystical and spiritual-these aspects often lead to vision-warriors always transform visions into action-so the answer to your question I guess is; it was a series of visions. Allow me to state further that after this time of transition a new very wonderful era in what is presently called humanity will occur where no one will have power over anyone else, we will see life & love as the same and feminine energy will be most prevalent!
