Leading Conversations Responsibly
There is only one way to bring transformation to our reality and that is through the conversation that we lead.
This holds true in our everyday dealings with family, friends, and acquaintances and especially with our online communications. I say especially our online communications because those stories, messages, posts, emails, sales letters etc. once converted into virtual time, are a record of a conversation that can be reacted to. How we tell the story in real time is very important for our state of being, but how we tell our story in virtual time can effect the state of being of countless others that were not present to experience the real time version of events.
When you realize that the issues that place us in a state of emergency are all part of the story of reality as we perceive it, then the emergence of new possibilities lie in the awareness of the power of story telling to transform reality. Reality is perception. We can perceive that we have made a mess of many things, be aware that action is required to clean up the mess, and create and hold an empowering context of vision to transform this reality into what is possible. This is the new consciousness that we are stepping into, the awareness that we are responsible not only for creating the mess, but more important we are also responsible for creating the solutions to cleaning it up, no matter how overwhelming that mess may be. (and also recognizing that we are not alone in this conversation)
