The catalyst of change is the same today as it was in past challenges and as such will require innovations followed by inspiration. The future will require more than the warmed over re-application of the old paradigm. The status-quo will not change without innovative technology to provide a catalyst for a renewable and sustainable culture and economy.
The dedication of over thirty years to R&D has provided a rare event where something from the past is brought into the present to be used in the future. The result is an asymptotic mathematical Phenomenology that was then used as a model to create an advanced Knowledgebase information system. The application of Asymptotic Geometry and Tesseract provide the structure and formulation to manifest an environment for the convergence of two distinct phenomenologies, i.e., spatiotemporality and number set theory.

Spatiotemporal Synthetic Intelligence technology is a framework driven engine. Meaning it is a single software engine that loads a Resource Frameworks that completes the application. The project is made up of two software applications.
1) Ontology Wizard – a declarative Resource Descriptive Framework builder [RDF].
2) Inference Engine - Inference Engine that animates the RDF.
The Ontology Wizard is an application that builds an export XML structured RDF. One such use of the RDF is to define commonly performed task, forms and reports. Another use of an RDF would be to define the noun, verb and subject matter a.k.a. the Ontology of a knowledgebase. Frameworks may be declaratively created quickly in minutes where modern day Rapid Application Development solutions could potentially require months and sometimes years and at a much higher costs.
The Inference Engine is a software application that animates RDFs. A single Engine may animate an unlimited lists of RDFs. Loading a RDF into an Engine is much like loading a document in a word processor except the Framework coupled with the Engine completes the unit as being application specific. To change the application close the existing RDF and load the desired RDF. Multiple RDFs may be relationally loaded in a single Engine cross referencing and/or inference various information, data structures and knowledgebases. As “Global Engine” the task would be a framework provider to service the needs of other developing organizations to executive and administrative functionality rapidly.
The goal is to build a regiment of economic, Governance , medical, scientific, art, environmental, education, transportation and transaction based commerce etc... Resource Frameworks are used to deploy an information infrastructure for an entire community. Thus, it is proposed to have a complete civilization framework modeled and globally deployable on December 23, 2012.
